Very inspirational, don't you think? They say that the benefits of volunteering far outweigh the time that you give, it enhances your career prospects and transforms you as a person. I couldn't agree more!

    I agree, volunteering really does transform you as a person. It increases your confidence and communication skills and it sets you apart from other people, which is good especially when you are applying for jobs, employers really admire it because it shows that you have taken initiative and you want to improve your skills and experience.

    I'm a volunteer and I can't say that it makes me more appealing to employers. Employers are savvy - they want a lot more that volunteering experience from a candidate!
